My Thoughts on Stress Management
At its roots, stress can feel overwhelming, all most too big and too broad to combat, right? Heck no.
Yes, stress can greatly affect your day to day life. It may actually strip away days on your life, cause chronic disease and lack of cognitive performance. However, it doesn’t have to if you have the proper tools to assess, manage and overcome your daily stress.
I believe most people can overcome their stress with two things:
Get better at coping with stress by enhancing stress management techniques like deep breathing.
Shift your current perspective toward optimism and resilency by understanding the wacky mental patterns most humans share and how to resolve them.
